After touring the house, Mike and John fell in love with and quickly bought it in February 2024. They wanted a house with lots of space, amazing views, historic charm, and high walkability. After viewing many other houses in the Pittsburgh area, this house was found to be the perfect fit. Together they have been working on restoring the house, acting as designers, handymen, and contractors to bring it back to its former glory.

Mike is a VP at a tech startup company. He loves all things Pennsylvania Railroad, his VW Gulf R, and his three wonderful cats. He moved to Pittsburgh in early 2021 and ended up falling in love with the city.

John works remotely doing IT for a healthcare company. He's taken on many of the house chores and projects throughout the house. From the greater Pittsburgh area, he's happy to have found the perfect home in Pittsburgh.

Archer and Barry are ex-street cats adopted at a very young age. They're brothers and are about 8 years old. Archer is a tuxedo cat and Barry is all black with a white spot under his chin. They were both very shy at first, but now they're warming up to people and can often be seen around the house. Archer loves to be with Mike in his office as Mike works. Barry loves to talk to himself in the house, we often say he's talking to the ghost of Angus.

Oliver is the grey cuddle bug and has never known the perils of an outdoor life. He's a year younger than the two brothers. His favorite activity is finding a lap to sit on to get attention.
